How will I get confirmation that my order shipped?
We'll email you a confirmation of your order placement, including the order number and the total amount to be charged. We will send a subsequent email when we ship your products, including tracking information, if available.

How long can I expect delivery to take?
Most items ship within 2 days of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

What is the Lotus Nail Supply Return Policy?

• All product returns must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item is broken, defective or due to our shipping error.
• Nail polish and waxing products may not be returned for any reason due to health and safety codes.
• Merchandise that is returned in its original condition will be credited back to your credit card immediately, HOWEVER WE DO NOT CREDIT SHIPPING COSTS.

How long does my refund usually take?
Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
